After locating the vehicle you want, use the “Reserve” button and submit your details. An automated email will ask you to upload your ID for identity confirmation. One of our company representatives will then contact you by phone.
Following successful identity verification, you receive the reservation contract drawn up by the law firm via email. You sign it and send it back to us. The contract is accompanied by the 12-month warranty and the brand workshop inspection report confirming the vehicle condition.
After signing the contract, the law firm issues an invoice with a fixed payment deadline. Payment is made exclusively to the law firm’s escrow account — not directly to us. Only after your written acceptance of the vehicle does the firm release the funds to us. If you decline, the firm refunds you in full.
Once payment is confirmed, the law firm notifies the banking partner and we deliver the vehicle to you free of charge. You then have 48 hours to drive it, have it inspected at a workshop and assess it carefully — before the purchase becomes final.
After the 48 hours you decide: accept the vehicle, sign the final purchase contract and the keys are handed over. If you decline, the law firm refunds the full amount to your bank account promptly — no questions asked.
